AFAIK I've done the hardest part already...now I just wait three days and then drink. I'll let you know how it tastes.

In my list I forgot to mention stoppers for $1.19 each. BTW I bought two of each thing (though the yeast is enough for 5 batches), making two batches at once: one Welch's concord grape and one generic honeycrisp apple.

the only part i imagined being annoying is if the juice/bubbles go up into the airlock and you have to clean it out, pour some out, etc.

hopefully it tastes good because that is cheap and has the potential to be delicious

I poured some out into my mouth before I started, so that no juice would go up in the airlock.

I put whiskey in the airlock instead of water, in case any fruit flies are attracted they will get sanitized...
