According to THIS, you have a corrupt picture/song/video on your sdcard (or insternal storage) that is making the mediaserver freak out.

Edit: Also, if you are playing music or streaming all day then I am pretty sure it uses the mediaserver so that could do it also.

honestly idk. You can try creating .nomedia files in various places to see if the problem goes away and to narrow it down.

Open a file manager that lets you create text files (root explorer, es file manager, etc) or a terminal window. Then go to /sdcard/DCIM (or wherever your bionic stores the pics you've taken) and create a file called ".nomedia" inside there, it doesn't need to have anything inside the text file, just a blank text file saved as .nomedia (if it adds an extension, remove it). This will make your phone ignore everything inside that folder. Now if MediaServer continues to suck your battery, you know it isn't one of your pictures. Move that .nomedia file to the folder with your music in it and try again, then the folder with your wallpapers or your Downloads folder if it has any music/pics in it, etc, etc.

Then once you know WHERE the bad file is, maybe you can try moving that whole folder to your computer and then copying it all back little by little until the problem starts again.

PITA but IDK how else you'd do it.

FGT shit started on old phone. Only did it sometimes.
Found out last night when swapping media off of old phone that alot of the stuff was stored in the phone's memory instead of SD card. Made me mad and was a PITA to say the least

white cruzerlite starting to get

The shiny parts still look good but flat parts have a couple little marks and discoloration. My chinese white case doesn't fit 100% either. So both whites be failing me.

The blue case, green cruzerlite, and black diz are my favs. All fit nice and feel good. Like how thin/light the diz is but I like the grip on the side of the cruzerlite and chinese case.

It's probably not TPU but I imagine it would work and dude sounds like he's done it before.

So I might try bleach. I could try some laundry detergent. Don't have a magic eraser but if those first two don't work then I'll pick one up.

wife has it on demo. was not impressed wifi was horrible for picking up. service was so so. it did have nice processor and bright led.

Looks like my tethering problem is rom related several other people are reporting the same issue. Hopefully an update will fix it.

I should go research out tablets and handle the 7" and 10.1" tablets in real life. Just to see which would be better.
