well i dont think you guys or even cab drivers beat on them like the police. they retired ours at 85k for years then a 120k. now they just look and see if there good enough to last or not. ive seen cars at 75k that you wouldnt think would make it out of the parking lot and cars with 150k that are as nice as new. usually if you get one from the eastern part of the state there on the 2nd rear trans is going out etc.... by a 100k. west they look like new cars.

Cv just strated making weird noise

kind of a knocking/popping sound

like the sound an old man makes when he stands up

sometimes happens when i turn and sometimes when i'm just driving

Usually I would say CV joints, but a CV is a car that doesn't have CV joints.

Maybe a control arm bushing or sway bar end link? You might be able to see that stuff with a visual inspection without knowing car stuff. Examine all the arms and rods and stuff near the front wheels. Look for any stuff that connects to other stuff loosely or appears broken.
