Technically you could do this:
copy *.* \\webster-databac\*.* "%userprofile%\My Documents"

For simplicity and clarity you should do this instead:
copy *.* "%userprofile%\My Documents\"
copy \\webster-databac\*.* "%userprofile%\My Documents\"

You might need xcopy to handle the UNC path (\\whatever) and you might need to specify whether or not to clobber existing files quietly without prompting the user.

What I'm trying to do is copy the MY DOCUMENTS folder of the user's desktop, to the machine Webster-DATABAC where each user has a folder.

If you just type in \\webster-databac in the address bar, it comes up as the shared directory on that machine and all you see is each usere folder.

Oh. In that case your original command
copy *.* "%userprofile%\My Documents" \\webster-databac\*.* "%userprofile%\My Documents"
would have some seriously undesired results.

What you need to do is this:
xcopy /e /v /h /k /y /b /r /g /q /c /x "%userprofile%\My Documents\*.*" "\\webster-databac\%username%\"

Many of those arguments are optional. You could probably get away with this:
xcopy /s /y "%userprofile%\My Documents\*.*" "\\webster-databac\%username%\"

Check out the output of xcopy /h to see what they each do.

As long as "Q:\" and "Documents" are correct names, that ought to work fine. Don't know what all that pausing and echoing is about though, must not be made to be used as an automated logon script.
