Its definitely true, there is a guy on Twitter who has been saying it will be out in March because of battery issues but no one listened to him lol.

But hopefully its just a software issue.

I really did think about using my upgrade for an iPhone than trading it for a DX/Fascinate + $$$. All the hardcore Android fans though wouldn't do that though, or atleast I hope they were smarter than that.
