They're generic hose material but they're molded in dumb angles and I think they'll pinch if I use generic hose. I wrestled with a little hose on the Nizz for way too long before conceeding and going to the stealership.

These are the heater hoses:

Supply
Return

Might be able to get the angle of the return with generic hose but it's almost a 90* angle, would probably kink with my luck.

$70 for injector o-rings, both heater hoses, and the radiator hose.

now to try and find the other 2 o-rings and the anti-freeze to avoid going back to those bastards

Gonna get the antifree and seals at the dealer for $60 because I can't find it anywhere online any cheaper.

Total will be under $130, much better than $270+

Could use those springs that slide on to prevent kinks, or do what I did for my fuel hose -- use worm drive hose clamps to round out the kink. :gBpatriot:

I tried clamps, zip ties, etc when dealing with the nizz, didn't work and I don't want to half ass anything since it's our only vehicular.

I'm OK with spending ~$125 for everything instead of $270+

yeah if you need the parts right away and advance has them, those coupons could be useful

In my case, I didn't mind waiting and RA was a lot cheaper than advance/autozone on almost everything. $100 cheaper on the intake.

I've said it before and I'll say it again...there's no point buying brake rotors and drums anywhere other than Amazon. Get made-in-Canada AC Delco at Amazon for less than the cheapest Chinese shit at Rockauto, Autozone, or whatever...with free shipping.

I got a goodyear belt and gates/Motorcraft hoses from RA, fts shykneez

Amazon had the coolant and seals I needed but it was more $ than the dealer in this case.

Whats it doing? Usually only thing that will go bad is solenoids or harness itself is deterorating

wont shift into od sometimes....fords kinda dumb unlike chevies have many more things that control its trans than a tcm. speedometer head, harness, tcm, black box on the side of trans, vss all can fuck it. i just havent gave a fuck enough to fix it. gonna sell it anyhow.

I see. Chevrolet has a lot of things too but typically its the shift solenoids.

yeah still have those in valve body on top of everything. im sure its a cheap fix but dont have it tagged to take it to a shop that can test everything. not putting anymore money in it unless i cant sell it as is.
