Get an Omega Paw roll-n-clean litter box, easy to clean it twice a day. I can't remember if it came with a flap but you'd probably still want one.

Or rig up an active ventilation system that uses a computer fan to always pull box air out a duct through the window, leaving negative pressure in the box which constantly sucks fresh air from the house.

No, srsly, the roll-n-clean is a piece of cake. You roll it over, pull out the tray, and empty the tray into a trash bag or whatever.

Could also run a pc fan to pull air through the litter box into a tray of activated lignite carbon, which would eliminate stench well. This is similar to what they use on large protein skimmers in saltwater tanks, when the owner is too damn lazy to clean it out once a week.

I only took care of it once a week because it was a pain in the ass and yucky. Then I got sifting liners that are better:
