bro this was the first time i did this, never worked a solder iron so it took me a while burning shit to get it down. and i kept forgetting the fucking shrink wrap on like half the damn connections so half are taped and the other half got a nice cover


this radio is fucking bomb. can connect ipod via the usb, and can control it from radio, which is kinda hard because its only got one line of text on the radio so its hard to navigate ipod. sounds MUCH better though too. so proud of meself

if the tape comes loose cez they sell liquid tape at walmart. the heater wont kill it.

Also Plasti-Dip...pretty sure black Plasti-Dip liquid (not spray) is the same stuff as liquid tape.

The remote for my kenwood is in the glove box, never even got a battery for it because I have no use for it. If I used CDs, USB, or an iPod then it may be useful but I use AUX 99% of the time so my phone is my remote lol

The remote for my Dual mounts to the steering wheel. I don't use it to control the stereo but I mounted it right next to a spoke and I stick my finger in there to spin the steering wheel around lazily/fast like a suicide knob.
