ok it was converted did thay change all the seals and shit? cause if the just vaccumed it out and added 134 could be a issue. theres a additve for r12 to r134 or you can change the o rings and shit and pao valve needs to adjusted.

if its r134 sure you need the gauge and shit that goes on the can but its a pretty easy deal.
