On Family Guy, Peter just said "I'm going to prison, aren't I". It reminded me of something but I can't quite place it. I imagine it in a Zapp Branigan/Phil Hartman voice, in a cartoon, or possibly Will Ferrell: "I'm...going to jaaail, aren't I". What was it?
