Yup. Me too. Meat, cheese, bread. I get lettuce too because it's pretty flavorless, the texture doesn't bother me, and I can then call my meal a "salad".
Me and him should start a restaurant for folks like us. Nothing comes with anything on it by default, you choose what you want on it. You never have to worry that you're going to get your burger with mayo or ketchup on it unless you ask for it that way.
