My company is a ratard about vacation and time off. Everyone starts at square one on Jan 1st with zero hours and you accrue time off from there. Depending on how many years you've been here you get a certain number of hours per pay period. (every week) So even for someone who has been here forever, you pretty much can't take a vacation before about June lol. :nono: I'm gonna take whatever time I've built up and maybe a sick day or two :secret: when Les and I go on vacation the first week of March.

They just recently put some rule into effect here where every Jan (I think) you lose any vacation hours that you have beyond a certain point. That point is like 200 hours though LOL so I'm okay, I'm not even close to that rofl. I took off a week for the honeymoon and several other days before that for wedding related stuff and shit trips to Juma.

There's a limit to how much vacation you can accrue where I work, but it's pretty high and I was close to maxed out until recently. I took a few days off near Christmas and I took this whole week off. I still have loads of vacation time, and an astronomical quantity of sick time accrued.
