Another video: New England pavement repair style.

This crappy video can't truly convey the horror of this style of pavement repair. When there is a hole, they fill it. When there is another hole next to it or in the previous repair, they fill it. They don't cut it square. They don't remove the old repair. The result is repairs on top of repairs, with a dozen different shades of grey in bad spots that keep needing repairs.
