stonehenge 01-21-2010 04:32 PM

$8.75 for cheese dip? You be in the wrong mex joint :imo most places here are fairly cheap and amazingly nom. There are a few "fancier" ones that get kinda expensive though.

JayBo 01-21-2010 04:36 PM

Well, it was a large one so we could share it. But I thought that was kinda redonkulous

BillyJeanKing 01-21-2010 04:37 PM

stonehenge 01-21-2010 04:38 PM

stonehenge 01-21-2010 04:40 PM

Guy I work with makes a dip everytime we have a potluck. It is cheese (prob velveta), some salsa, and ground beef all mixed together. It is fucking amazing

theholycow 01-21-2010 04:40 PM

I like the queso dip at Chile's. It's yummy and meaty.

what is it?

stonehenge 01-21-2010 04:44 PM

not as el cheapo as my .99 chow mein

JayBo 01-21-2010 04:44 PM

I can pig out at the mexi place. Thats why I just ate chips and chz.

I been loosing the weights by not eating as much, and trying to pick and choose whats the best for me. Granted the chips and chz aren't that healthy, its not as bad as all that fried shit :rofl2:

theholycow 01-21-2010 04:48 PM

This kind:

I think it's $1.xx. A little more than chow mein, but less per pound or per calorie.

BillyJeanKing 01-21-2010 04:49 PM

theholycow 01-21-2010 04:49 PM

When doing work-food search last time, I avoided frozen stuff because the work freezer is so damn small. I suppose I could load up on some stuff like that and keep them at home and just bring one with me every day. Then the problem is me forgetting them all the time, but I guess the CONs can be "oh shit forgot mah nomz" food.

theholycow 01-21-2010 04:52 PM

That's exactly how I operate. I bring in my lunch for the day. If I forget, I have CON, Compl-eats, Healthy Choice Fresh Mixers, and Chef Boyardee Beefaroni/Ravioli microwave thingies in my desk.
