I try not to eat heavy meal at night....feels good going to be with full pansa, but not good if trying to lose a couple pounds

I don't eat breakfast usually, might eat a very small light lunch, and for supper I hardly eat anything anymore. It doesn't take nearly as much to fill me up as it used to. Me dropped the #'s too. Feels REALLY good.
Plus teh girlie is pretty strict about healthy stuff which is definately not a bad thing.

Oh I don't like going to bed full, I try to eat as early as I can and if I eat late I always stay up for a while afterwards and try not to eat as much when its late. :shrug:

i only nom what mom gives me for breakfast. buy some nomz sometimes at work. and eat once in a while dinner. im usually drinking water and snaking on small stuffz

Man, Friday we went to Forsyth Bar & Grill to eat. I ordered a steak, salad, and some pasta. Hannah ordered a Salad and some soup. It took us a HOUR AND A HALF to get our damn food, then at 4 the next morning I was sick as hell until about 6 that evening.

I can't eat a big supper unless it's early. I'll wake up having inhaled my own reflux, choking on it. It's fucking terrifying.

Lunch should be small else you risk feeling sleepy while you try to work. Me, I eat kinda big breakfast, big lunch, kinda big supper early or light supper if it's late.
