Both be nice  Droid is more durable, has keyboard, slightly sharper/higher res screen. Incredible is faster, has SenseUI, and is lighter/slimmer.

Manbearpig 05-07-2010 09:48 PM

Dont they both have capacitive screens? Just the Incredible is OLED

Yeah, they behave the same, both are really nice. I compared my coworkers incredible to my Droid and screenwise, mine looks sharper/smoother. On the Inc you can see individual pixels. But the incredibles colors are more vivid than on my Droid. Also, the Droid is like 54 pixels taller :rofl2: random.

Oh and a lot of people have complained about POS battery life on the Incredible. Hopefully they fix that soon.

Honestly the screens aren't very different. The main differences come down to form factor, SenseUI (good or bad up to you), speed, keyboard want/need.

They are both fast enough for anything currently out. The Droid can be overclocked. Not sure where they are with rooting the Inc but I don't think it's happened yet.

OG Droid FTW

Is the Incredible a world phone? If so its probably actively searching for GSM signal like my imagio did. Has to be set to CDMA only

Nope, neither the Droid or the Inc are world phones. They be CDMA only.

I think the battery issue has something to do with the phone THINKING it doesn't have a good signal and therefore trying to find a better one. My friend says he gets great signal everywhere but his battery is shit. When he turns wifi on all day it gets great battery life.

I never use wifi and my battery lasts all day easy

It's also interesting that the Incredible's processor is faster than the Droid, yet the battery is smaller. HTC made a :retard: move there I think lol
