It's not really a theme, its more of an overall overhaul on the GUI. The Home replacement is completely different, Contacts, is replaced with People, there is a new Calculator, new Music app, new Messages app, etc, etc. That is the UI that HTC puts on their devices, it's called SenseUI. The Eris has the same UI but in a lower resolution. It's fairly sexy but is kinda memory intensive.
