If you don't mind going through Google instead of TMo, there is the N1. If you like going through TMo (I think I would prefer going straight to the carrier :imo) then you have the MyTouch 3G, Cliq, Behold II, and G1. I think TMo has more Android phones than all the other carriers.

I'm not sure what the N1 came with. The Droid comes with 16gb though. 32gb aren't currently being sold so I KNOW the N1 didn't come with a 32gb.
