Home++ replaces your stock Home application (the three homescreens and app drawer). Home++ lets you change the amount of screens to anything from 3-7, lets you "loop them" to scrolling right on the last screen takes you to the first, it has a dedicated row of buttons at the bottom for phone, browser, app list, bookmarks, etc (you can customize this), and some other stuffs.

Here's mine with Home++. I have the notification bar at the top hidden, the dedicated phone browser, apps, notification, and tasks at the bottom, and I have 4 screens total.
