I was amazed at how that app displays pretty much exactly how it would look from a computer. The SSH on my BB wasn't that nice. I just loaded it up in the android emulator and it works amazingly. The D pad acts like the normal arrow keys, you can scroll up/down with your finger on the right side to scroll up/down or the left side of the screen to do pgup/pgdown, etc. Its quite sxy.

Let me see what I can find for VNC/RDP because I'd like those also.

and last but not least THC, the only RDP client I can find that seems nice is this one: http://www.toremote.com/

The VNC viewer and SSH programs are both free, the RDP one is paid but its only $6 :jester: and may be "acquirable" other ways if you wanted to look.

Edit: the toremote.com site has a YT video, go to about 3:50 to see him try out RDP, looks pretty nice

best find out and watch it if she did :imo

Damnit. User's laptop, Vista, internet works in safe mode with networking support. In normal mode, ping works, user says AIM works, but can't telnet or browse (not even by IP address).

Ok, finally fixed it. It was that fucking Norton bullshit again...Norton is a pain in my ass, but it does keep me in a job by proactively breaking computers.

i fuckin hate Norton. :fp: (I also hate McAfee and Trend Micro fyi)
