Quick Settings app will let you turn off Mobile Data. You can turn that off when near the border :shrug: and still be able to make/receive calls.

Since its only 36kb of data, it probably updated weather or something once while it was on mx tower. Data roaming should prevent that pero I dunno :(

Yep, wheel cylinder be ded. I think thats what its called. Took a shit in our burb a couple years ago. Stopped like ass and drum was full of fluid.
