They can still do good things and keep emissions low. It's mostly weight and aero issues though. I can tape off half my grille and not overheat the slightest....dunno how much drag is reduced by having less of a gaping hole up front but it has to help. :shrug:

My truck was rated for 19mpg highway when it was new, and when summer rolls around Id expect to see over 20 with that setup. Hell last summer going to KY and other places Id get 18 with a cam and blowmaster. :roflmao:
