I gave up on CAD here. There is absolutely NOTHING. I have looked into manufacturing but did not get the job because my qualification were not what they needed they said :blah: I'm not sure what else to do now. My options are wait the job out till the end or bite the bullet, get some loans and apply to college. Even though I have no idea what way to go and what would be a career that would last me over time now.

The few cad jobs I've seen are entry level temp stuff, and I'm way overqualified for the ones that come up. You should be able to find something though. I'm looking more at manufacturing stuff because I do have a CNC programming certification, and I worked for two years in a machine shop. I can deal with not having an office job.

I may look into doing what I design which would be Irrigation systems. I can talk to a friend and possibly get into installing Irrigation, but that is not exactly where I pictured myself being at this point in my life, digging ditches and killing myself but hey if it is what I have to do then so be it.

I dont think I would start out as a Sup, but that position would not be far off to achieve with my knowledge in the field. I have to look into it more, it was just briefly talked about and there were really no details.
