Which I guess it could be worse. Last June we had a long period of temps above 95 degrees, with many of those days over 100. Winds were blowing down out of the mountains so we didn't get any cooling from the ocean. The shallow water in the sounds was over 90 degrees. :blah:

My vote would be Charleston and the Islands. Lots of historic stuff, TONS of shopping, it's the 2nd biggest fashion destination on the east coast. Beaches, lots of fishing, etc.
