That be it eddeh. Shredded puerco (or sometimes sheekin) with some sort of nom sauz. Royyeruz mom is making it today :drool: The seasoning/sauce/whatever that is used is what makes it so BAMF. We put it in a bolillo with some mayo (o sour cream), tomatos, cebolla (:blah:), and nom it up. :drool:
