doosh atvgalaxy place I ordered my parts are being idiots...I called yesterday and was told my stem shipped out but would call me back with a tracking #, no call. Called stem manufacturer, they got an order for wrong bike, hasnt even shipped yet. Called atvgalaxy and they say "oh sorry, it gonna go out, he gonna fix the one he made and it gonna be vedy vedy close to +2 length like u ordered" :blah: Gonna call manufacturer and ask if they re-doing or jerryrigging :pissed: Sent this email to atvgalaxy...

Alright, just so were all clear on this. Both stem and IMS tank are for an 04 660 Raptor. Laeger +2 stem is being made for a 660, not a 700 like Laeger just confirmed over the phone. The specs on both the tank and stem are included in the older emails below, going back to March 19th for the tank and March 25th for the stem but I am including them here as well.
Stem: 660 Raptor, +2, fatbar mount, silver color
Tank: 660 Raptor, black color, non-dry break
I know you guys are busy, but a week to get an update on an order seems a bit unreasonable when all it takes is a simple phone call. Having to call to get and update and getting the wrong information is beyond unreasonable. Please make sure I get a +2 stem since I have bought my bars according to that length stem. I'm not paying for a "almost/sorta/kinda/close to a +2 stem", I do believe that getting what Im asking and paying for is fair and expected. I'm not paying "close to or almost" the price I was quoted, I'd expect my order to be treated the same way you would want to get paid...in full and exactly what you asked for. Seems like my first order with you guys hasnt gone too well but I hope it does work out in the end. If there are further issues/missunderstandings/questions/concerns with the order, please let me know.
