I am reading the local paper and am pissed now

we had a new house built 5 years ago in a new sub-division we were one of the first houses done about 3-4 months after moving in they started chewing up the field behind the house well it turned out they built a bunch of apartments in our backyard and we have had nothing but problems out of the dirty asses that live back there

now I am reading that they are building ANOTHER 332 unit apartment complex next to the existing one god damned ass crack donkey ballz

those plans shouldve been in your loan docs when you bought the house. When we bought, they told us about planned developments, airports, trains, air routes, fault lines, water basins, fire deptmts....everything.

Nope we found out later that there were 3 other houses built before ours on another street but when we went to build we were told that our street was all the were selling at the time.
we figured out why is if people had found out what was going on they would have never sold any of these lots so the hurried up and sold them off.

they claimed no knowledge of any construction when we were rasing hell with the builder

and my sister and her husband are attorney's and looked at our mortgage paperwork nothing about planned construction but they said there was zip we could really do about it

on a brighter note they are redoing our break room at work we gots a new flat panel hd tv on the wall we are getting new flooring cabinets and a stove and new vending machines no wonder I'm fat all we do at the shop is work and eat.
