This is what I'm afraid of once I move out of my parents place. Here we don't have many neighbors, the ones we do have are good people, and there aren't any other areas around us that are bad. When we move out we'll probably end up in an apartment or cheaper rental which would be in probably not the best area, unless we get lucky. :(
