:big_banana_Dance:

Life may have whacked me pretty bad on the Buick fuel line issue, but it's making up for that with the taxes issue.

1. Federal and state deadlines extended until May 11 for all RI and some MA residents because of flooding in RI/MA

2. I found IRS form 8880, a little-known credit for people who don't make much but save for retirement anyway. I started putting away for retirement last year. My employer matches my contribution, AND teh gubbamint is going to give me a credit for half of the contribution too! I contributed $861, gubbamint's giving me back an extra $430!

That fucking sucks about the paypal toolbar. If you have it already it still works, I used it like last week or the week before. I should see if I can hack it out of my browser and make an installer for it.

OIC. I wonder if I can squeeze the toolbar out of the installation.

Or, I wonder if I can find a copy of it from before I updated to 3.6.

:pow:

theholycow 04-15-2010 09:14 PM

Drat, won't work for you guys even if you do get it installed.
Yes, the virtual card program is closing. You will be able to access your cards if you had them before, however, you will not be able to create new ones.

I wish more banks offered it. The only similar option left is buying a prepaid card and refilling it when you want to use it.

---------- Post added at 04:13 PM ---------- Previous post was at 04:13 PM ----------

Actually, you can also buy virtual visa/mastercard gift cards online.

---------- Post added at 04:14 PM ---------- Previous post was at 04:13 PM ----------

But those options are a PITA for daily use.

2005_Silverado 04-15-2010 09:15 PM

stonehenge 04-15-2010 09:19 PM

For some reason e-surance always seemed a lil sketchy to me for some reason. Maybe teh ghey commercials?

2005_Silverado 04-15-2010 09:19 PM

Erin E. Surance is hot

theholycow 04-15-2010 09:20 PM

IDGAF about sketchy insurnace. I never have any claims. All I do is bend over and pay.

---------- Post added at 04:20 PM ---------- Previous post was at 04:19 PM ----------

As long as there's someone other than me for another driver to sue, and I don't get tickets for driving without insurance, any insurance is fine for me.
