OH and it probably didn't go from 100 to 80 technically. The indicator updates by 20s so it isn't 100% accurate.

yep thats what's going on after they have reviewed the police reports and witness accounts Farmers is taking liability or fault for teh crash and Farmers is a much better company to deal with IMO
