Emergen-C's are little packets of Minerals/Vitamins (mostly Vitamin C). They taste like oranges (also come in Raspberry, Strawberry, Tangerine, etc.) and are mmm. You pour them into cold water and mix, they have a lil fizz to them and give you energy. Good for when you are sick but they are always nom.
