o wait wait. The ac be blowing and cooling pero its not changing between head/feets settings correctly? Could be a problem with the mechanical "doors" that change the flow of the air? Pulling that out m'ass.

Well, air comes out of dash pero wife has complained about air coming out of feets area :hmm: I think it be vent(s) under the dash pero again...IDK where they are or how to get to them :(

if u sees vid, u see how it does it when changing from max ac to ac or from max ac to feets/dash

actuator relay needs replaced.

but if the relay was bad, the vents wouldnt move? Cuz if I switch from defrost to max ac or feet, it does change settings...theres just that POP. what does that relay do?

Thats almost what mine is doing pero no pawp. I fried the HVAC controls lol so when I put it all to the upper vents, it splits between up/feet. When I put to up/feet setting, it is only on the feet, etc. All options are off by 1. Need new box. :blah:

But mine doesn't make noise so I think the acuators be fine, its just the controls.
