HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Eyewitness News has exclusive pictures of a teen who claims he was beaten by eight Houston police officers. Those officers are now relieved of duty and today we should get our first look at the alleged beating, which was caught on video tape.

The images were obtained by 13 Undercover. They are photographs of 15-year-old Chad Holley in the hospital. Holley is the Alief area teen who says he was beaten by eight Houston police officers in late March.

Those officers are all assigned to the West Side Patrol Division and have since been suspended from the force.

The Elsik High School 10th grader was arrested on a burglary charge after a chase that ended near a self-storage facility in southwest Houston. Holley claims he was handcuffed at the time and did not put up a fight.

His mother says Holley had a fractured nose, and was bruised and limping when she picked him up from the juvenile detention center. The alleged beating was apparently captured by a convenience store surveillance camera, though that video has not yet been released.

The eight officers are on paid leave, pending the outcome of the investigation.

Community activist Quanell X will hold a news conference this afternoon to release more images of the alleged beating of Holley.

Humble police said that with speeds up to 90 miles per hour, the Ross Sterling Middle School student and his friend of the same age fled police for about seven miles.

The dashcam video shows the car flying past stop signs and going near other cars.

Police said it started around midnight Monday when they got a call about a suspicious vehicle and tried to pull it over. That's when they were taken on a chase that eventually lead to a dead-end on Lee Road in Humble, officials said. It also went through several neighborhoods.

No one was hurt, police said because of the time at night, there was not much traffic and few pedestrians.

Both children were arrested. The driver was charged with evading officers in a motor vehicle and was taken to juvenile detention. The passenger was charged with criminal trespassing. His parents had reported him missing. He was released to them after the arrest.

Detectives said the parents won't be held responsible for this incident, but Child Protective Services will investigate to see how this could have happened.

The driver of the car did not give police a reason for the chase, but the passenger said he was trying to run away.

Last year we showed you a book, a communist handbook for France and Europe: "The Coming Insurrection." Put out by the Invisible Committee, it says that the time to take the system is now: Europe promised us a socialist communist utopia and they will never give it to us, so we will take it from them now. It urges people to get into the streets and be violent.

Last week, I showed you a book from Greece — same basic story — "We Are an Image From the Future."

These books were written by communist revolutionaries. They are violent. They are not anarchists, but they will use anarchy. They are working for a fundamental transformation of Europe.

On Saturday, the president said that he wants the media to stop making assertions and be rooted in fact. That's what we do.

So let's start with Europe. They are rioting in Greece's capitol because of cutbacks. In France, there are "boss-nappings," kidnapping the boss and holding him for ransom. Apparently, when companies lay people off, make cuts or the government tries to downsize, people protest — sometimes in violent ways.

Who are behind these protests in Europe? Many times, labor unions.

Do we have anything similar here in the U.S.?

Well, there was a rally last week on Wall Street. Who was behind it? Workers and union leaders from the AFL-CIO, trying to bring Main Street to Wall Street. Their slogan: "People Over Profits."

No assertions, just facts. And that is what it is in Europe and Greece: Unions cutting jobs in Greece, become more and more violent. Unions on Wall Street cutting jobs and rallying and getting more aggressive.

Now let's turn to the immigration rallies over the weekend. Everyone in mainstream media will tell you they were grassroots rallies: People who are just angry at racism. But take a closer look; who was behind these rallies?

• SEIU

• AFL-CIO

• Workers World Party

• Socialist Party USA

• The World Socialist Web Site

• Revolutionary Communists Party USA

So that's who is behind this: unions and revolutionaries.

We're told the Tea Parties are violent, but we know that couldn't be further from the truth. We have shown you union violence at Tea Parties. Now we've seen violence this weekend — violence in Germany and violence in Santa Cruz. They were on the street in Germany for the same reason that they were on the street here: It was May Day.

Wait, didn't we just see something like this in America lately with the Day of Action rallies where unions got together with communists to put people in the streets to protest cuts in education? (That sounds exactly like what has happened in Greece.) What groups were behind those rallies?

• Association of Raza Educators

• Movement for a Democratic Society

• SEIU 1021

• International Socialist Organization

Let me go back to Greece, where the violence got so bad the police where actually attacked with a firebomb. So far, we haven't seen that here, but protests on the Arizona immigration bill don't look very different: Cops being assaulted with bottles thrown at them.

The right is being demonized as violent and hateful right now, but the right doesn't call police officers "pigs" or initially doubt the police before having all the facts:

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

PRESIDENT BARACK OBAMA: I don't know, not having been there and seeing all the facts what role race played in this. But I think it's fair to say number one, any of us would be pretty angry and number two, that the Cambridge police acted stupidly —

(END VIDEO CLIP)

This has nothing to do with race. It comes from a bunch of people that want to fundamental transform something.

Last summer, I told you this was coming in Europe.

I also told you that you could see our future if you paid attention. Now the follow-up book comes out. Why is it, they can say it, blog about it, write books about it, announce it in advance, then do it — yet no one in the media cares to report it? And if you do, you are somehow the problem?

It is time for you to say enough.

Unions are using their members' good names and money to wreck havoc on our country. Is it a coincidence that John Sweeny repealed the language that banned Communist Party members and loyalists from leadership positions within the Federation and its unions?

The teachers union wanted to teach communism to our kids in California, but Governor Schwarzenegger, to his credit, stopped it. Here's a part of the bill: Under existing law, a public employee is required to answer, under oath, specified questions, including, but not limited to, knowing membership in an organization advocating the forceful or violent overthrow of the government of the United States or of any state. This bill would have deleted these provisions.

If you are a union member, you are no different than my grandfather, who was the shop steward at Boeing. Or my mother-in-law, who has been arrested marching with labor at a major university. I told her, any university that treats its employees as hers does while sitting on tax-free endowments of $20 billion, I would march with her. But common sense must rule.

There are reasons for a union and they usually involve companies that have gotten so powerful and in bed with Washington that they begin stomping on people and rights. However, the same is true with unions. The unions say they are standing up for the little guy — no, they aren't. The little guy doesn't get to go to the White House. These guys have the power. There is a profit motive and revolutionary motive — they need members in their rank and file.

The unions are in bed with Washington and special interests and they are not in your or this nation's best interest. They are following the playbook from Europe:

• Socialize the government

• Unionize the government jobs

• Over-promise your pensions; then over-spend

• Blame others for business/government cuts

• Protest all cuts and favor select taxes -- as long as it doesn't affect the unions

• Violence

This is a self-fulfilling prophecy. Call it Cloward and Piven, communism, cronyism or just a lack of foresight, backbone and common sense, but as this book outlines, this is a picture of our future unless we act now. Our unions must be exposed, its members recognize the patterns, see the financial reality, speak out and do the hard things, stand up.

We are not France. What makes us different? Our people. We have always been a people of faith — restore that. It is what gives us hope, we all understand that we all will fail at some point. But we can all get up again. No one is too big to fail.

There is no such thing as social justice —- it is equal justice. MLK didn't march for more rights, protected classes or cries of racism for those who equally and fairly enforce the laws. He didn't march and die so Big Labor and Washington insiders could line their pockets with wealth gained from enslaving a whole group of people to help cover the tracks of a collapsing pension fund scheme.
