That's my usual attitude, but my engine has almost 195,000 miles on it and sounds different than it did a couple months ago, so I think it's finally at a point where it DOES make a difference.

The SuperTech I was using was High Mileage 100% dinosaur juice 5W30, AFAIK no synthetic in it at all.

That's why I rode everyone like hell on gmfs to go and get the supertech dexVI trans fluid. shit is HALF the price of gm/valvoline/castrol stuff and is licensed by gm.
