all we have is a pond and the entrance gates...no club house or anything...it would probably be twice as much if we had a pool/spa/house/tennis courts

our builder went belly up so no contributions from them we have 299 finished homes don't have a lot of common property a small park with mabe 1 1/2 acres green space and 5 retention ponds to treat but so far this year less than half have payed and last year we had 13,000 in collections from people who didn't pay.

299 is a good size community...we probably have 30-50...idk for sure. most lots are still empty. but 13K in collections...thats like 1/3 of the people didnt pay up :uhoh:
