The 5-year-old girl remains on a ventilator today at Loma Linda University Medical Center where she is being treated for injuries that include broken ribs and a punctured lung, police say. Her siblings suffered dog bites on their legs.

The victims' screams alerted several people who rushed to the rescue, chasing the dogs back to their home along the 15900 block of Ceres Avenue.

While some police helped the injured children, other officers tried to contain the dogs, which police describe as pit bulls and pit bull mixes.

"While doing so, one dog charged an officer and was shot," according to the statement.

The four surviving dogs have been quarantined at the San Bernardino City Animal Shelter. The names of the victims and the dogs' owners haven't been released. Animal control authorities are investigating.

I'm at 50%. To see what is using battery go to Settings > About Phone > Battery Use and it shows you whats using it. Click things and will give you tips on making that use less battery.

Ya, that's usually the case since its a BAMF screen. Only real way to stop that is to turn off auto-dimming and make it low brightness. Fuck that. I just keep wifi/gps off when not in use and it lasts long enough for a normal day. I only plug mine in at night. Sometimes if I've been whoring it hardcore I'll plug it in at work or in the truck but usually don't NEED to.
