Tonight I realized why baseball is so slow and they spend so much time doing nothing...fat guys have to catch their breath! These fat bastards are as fat as me, and the Yankees have a pticher who's even fatter than me.

Baseball makes me angry. It's 6 hours of people standing around spitting and about a half hour of sports...and I can't sleep because the fucking TV is on.

I wanted some beast coffee so i busted out my little stovetop esprezzo makah. Opened it up and o look, it got put away with grounds and a small bit of water in it, what is this funky green shit growing on here? :pow:

So I cleaned the shit out of it and disassembled the whole thing, soaked it in hot as fuck water, etc. Finally got it all dried off and back together. Go to get the coffee for it and there is hardly any left. So I put the little bit of coffee in it and put it on the stove.

Now I'm sipping it and its not strong because there weren't enough grounds in it, and it has an odd flavor that is probably because 1) the grounds were old as fuck and 2) I most likely didn't rinse ALL the soap out of it. Oh and maybe theres some mold in it somewhere

Mercifully, the 8th and 9th innings went quicker and the game ended at midnight. Four hours is pretty short by baseball standards.

ALL american league games are long as hell. Thank teh DH for that. :nono:


I don't recall ever being at a Braves game that lasted more than 2.5 hours. :shrug:

I've never been into baseball much, so enlighten me...how does having a DH make the game go so much longer than if the pitchers batted too?

Because in most cases the pitcher is a sure out, the DH usually has a productive at-bat and gets on base, thus extending the inning. I HATE the DH rule.

Looking at how close the axle is to the frame and trying to run a 3 inch pipe looks to be pretty damn hard. While it was on the lift I was looking at it and I may only have a fist size room between the axle and frame. Then if I do a notch, it would Really be impossible.

You don't need 3" pipe. Even for a single exhaust 2" or 2.5" will be more than fine.
