Make a fist with your left hand.
make sure your thumb is inside the fist.

Squeeze tightly.

While still holding the fist , with your right hand put your finger in your mouth as far as you can.

you now noticed you have no gag reflex.

Now go and share that with your girl/wife ;)

i didn't try it, i just told my g/f to do it. And yes it did work.

Serious? It did? Did she stick her finger or something else down her throat to test :)

only got to test the finger:( but it did work and that does open up possibilities in the future.
