In RI, there's dozens of kinds of plates and they can have the same numbers. She has a regular passenger vehicle plate. The jerk running tollbooths has a Veteran plate.

I can accept that if he served the country he should be given some lenience, but not in the form of the state of New Jersey sending his violations to my wife.
RI does it that way because RIers are obsessed with low-number plates. |
RI phail imo
|

In RI a "low numbah plate" is a badge of honor, makes you elite. Hers is 4 digits. Personally I think she should just get rid of it, it's a fucking liability for a bunch of reasons, but her dad's heart would be broken if the family lost a low numbah plate.
|
:roflwtf:
|
Yeah, our roads do kinda suck.
By "kinda" I mean "fucking seriously". |
so u guys keep ur plates when u sell ur vehiculars?

oh, can haz Volt? :preach: NEW YORK (CNNMoney.com) -- General Motors announced the final price of its Chevrolet Volt electric car Tuesday afternoon, but it's the lease rate that will probably be most interesting to consumers. The purchase price for a Volt will start at $41,000. The vehicle qualifies for a $7,500 federal tax credit, for an effective price of about $33,500. GM will lease the Volt for about $350 a month for 36 months with $2,500 due at signing. The price includes 5 years of GM's OnStar service. |
Those of us who give a damn about our plates do. You either keep the plate and transfer it to your new vehicle, or you return it to the DMV. Plates do NOT stay with vehicles when vehicles are sold. Plates are more for identifying vehicle owners than vehicles.
---------- Post added at 01:31 PM ---------- Previous post was at 01:31 PM ---------- I mean, in RI, of course. |
i think. my bro kept the ohio plate from lowgmc. idk bout tejaz
|
weird...Ive only kept my personalized one...rest went with the sale
|
Chris, lease a Volt. They're subsidizing the fuck out of the lease, $350/month. You'll make that back in the first week of the month. Then when they're wrong about market value, buy it (or another) at market value after the lease is up.
|
so RI is a like a big fucking GMFS...if ur an OG, u haz elite status and can tell everyone else to fuck off...sweet
|
 brb going to RI
