Right now CC companies dont want you to pay off the highest rate balance because thats where they make the most money from you. They have you pay off the ones that dont make them much and youre just paying interest only on the rest :blah:

Marriage went to shit. My brain was fucked. I was barely functional. I couldn't work. I didn't work. She didn't work. I rented a site for the camper, and continued paying the mortgage too. I also payed for going out to countless dinners and shit. I bought my truck (was owned by the family business). I chose to get financially fucked and concentrate on my mental health and my marriage.

Six months later I got a job that barely paid crap.

Another few months and I finally got a decent paying job, better than I've ever been paid before...but I'm in REAL deep.

That's how I felt before the shit hit the fan. I had 0% balances too.

Never again. If I ever get in a condition to be debt free and save money again, I will save. When I've saved a large amount, then maybe I'll spend, but not with credit unless absolutely necessary.
