S10s are almost non-existent compared to Rangers.

I'm thinking a $500 Ranger might make a decent commute beater. If I could get 20,000 miles (in one year) out of one before junking it, it'd be a huge success for me. 5,000 miles would be a decent success, even, if I don't put any money into repairs.
