I have not added any of those products to it...from what I understand, they never really do anything.

It depends. Shit and other stuffs will naturally break down over time. But if you live in a colder climate they can effectively help in extending pump times.

We lived in a house with septic tanks for 5yrs....we never added that stuff but I dont think we needed it since we had 115F+ summers...Im sure that helped breaking down the turds. In those 5yrs, only had the tanks pumped once

I haven't installed the latest 5.0 on mine yet, but try going into his mailbox, then hit the bb button and go to Options. Look around under "General Options". If there is a way to disable it, its probably in there. Something about conversations.

You know what.. is he using a GMail account and getting this conversations shit?
