wife had her identity stolen, chick pulled 1200 out and then they cashed a fake check against our account for 1300. Took like a month to get back all the money from WaMu. We gave em the :bird: and moved to WellsFargo. Freaking WaMu wouldnt give us the money back until they concluded their investigation, we talked to WF and they said they credit money back first and then they investigate.

that sucks. this be teh first actual trouble i have with a account. hope chase fixes it fast

hopefully.........we had to put fraud alert on her credit profile, got letter explaining situation from WaMu and faxed it to all places where payments bounced, had to borrow some cash from our savings too....was big ole clusterfuck....DO NOT WANT
