was half mill jaus before housing took a shit....its avg price for its size/location....would be 800K in San Diego....WAY out of our league there....probably 180-250 en tejas :roflmao: 3100sq ft, 4bd 3bth, 12,000sq ft lot. Pimp house for sure, but nothing fancy compared to whats around here :(

cez, compass/temp mirrors are easy mods brah. I put compass /dimming mirror on wifies camray. Used phone cord for power and ground...phone cord works good cuz its nice and flat, has couple wires in there and is pretty thin, perfect for this application
