Nope, no flex fuel. Its dod engine. not sure if its a high output or not but I have had a few people tell me its the bigger 5.3 I'm like. o..k.

well the truck i use rotella cause its a diesel but dads old ford would smoke when we put valv in it mind this has been 15 years ago
