I know and I don't think they will. It would also make sense to release the 32gb GSM one, especially if they want to compete w/ the iPhone.

That's why everyone is saying the patent system in the US is ratard. There are patents for things that are common practice.
That's like Motorola having a patent for cellphones w/ buttons because they made the first cell phone or some shit.

most judges with common sense wont rule in apples favor imo. the patent system definitely needs some reworking, but it does serve a purpose. otherwise it would be like china and we would have 3948309483 knock offs of the same thing.

Ok. I hate the apps button on the left corner so I downloaded the launcher pro. Now Whenever I restart my phone. (not often) but it doesn't show a home screen for about 40 seconds. Any ideas?

ive only used that one and adw launcher. i really liked adw myself. found its more easier to mess with and gave me enough options to customize it
