yeop. it was a job i applied for back in sept/oct, and they asked if i wanted to leave school for it. told them i wanted to finish first. welp, they called today for a similar position (probably same one). it went straight to voicemail, as the phone didnt ring, but he left numbers to call.

not sure on pay. from an intern basis they paid well. the one thing that did upset me a little bit was there was no pay increases with regards to certifications i plan to get.

i was at marathon petroleum company. this is marathon pipe line. same umbrella of a company just different parts of it.

Ahh I see. When I interned at Cantera my pay was $10/hr. Starting pay for my position was going to be anywhere from $18-$20/hr. Should be pretty considerable

I don't understand why you hired her...working nights means you're available during business hours to do business, should be easier. Then if you gotta hire someone, I would think trusted family or lifelong friend would be appropriate, no?

She has/had a few of us. She was managing my accounts both private and my side businesses, pretty much an accountant who took care of other things besides just taxes and book keeping. There is a lot of paperwork for my company that has to be kept track of, updated contracts etc. Too much for me to do while at work and because I work nights everything is closed, and I sleep during the day. Like, for yesterday, I was on the phone all day long from eight until five making calls, on hold, updating info and contacting clients. I'll be doing the same again today. It was just easier to have someone paid to do it all. But now..... not so much.
