Then what? Download and install via ASTRO if they are an apk?
I think I may have something wrong with ADWLauncher. How are you able to change the number of screens? For some reason, when I enter screen preferences there is no choice to edit the number of screens. |

Re: Android Thread
You gotta push it via adb or terminal emulator. A lot of them are in update.zip format and flash through recovery.
I believe ADW is 3 screens only. |

I think you use to be able to change it but not anymore. LP might let you add more screens.

I haven't tried yet, just asking before I get into installing a theme. I would do that after I install the files somewhere on the SD card?

You can change the number of screens on ADW. It is just done in a different way now:
Go to any of your homescreens, press menu and choose "Edit". From here you can press the "pin" icon to make the current screen your default. You can press the red "x" to delete the current screen, and you can press the "+" icons to the left/right to create a new screen in that direction. You can press the "<- ->" button to swap screens. So you don't just pick a number anymore, you do it that way.

Holy shit didnt even realize that.
Most themes are just framewoek-res.apk and services.jar so these are the commands you would run. su mount -o rw,remount -t ext3 /dev/block/mmcblk1p21 /system cp /sdcard/services.jar /system/framework cp /sdcard/framework-res.apk /system/framework mount -o ro,remount -t ext3 /dev/block/mmcblk1p21 /system reboot |

Whats the difference between a standard theme and a glass theme?
Not sure if it would work since CM6 RC2/3 is different than Nightly stuff. http://www.droidforums.net/forum/dro...ack-stock.html |

It's just the style of the theme. Everything is a transparent light grey to black fade and the icons tend to be colorful and sometimes cheesy. That one you are trying doesn't look all that bad but I've just grown to like the ones with very simple icons and plain (almost solid) black notification bars.
