Half ass measure if you no wanna reset: remove as many apps as possible, use your favorite post-app-removal system cleaner, and use Andromizer with its "do stuff" option (or whatever that's called).

I can JUMP right now and I'm SO tempted to do it for an N6. But I also want to see what LG/Huawei give us in a few months.
The N6 looks nice but shit it's huge  Plus, I like my G2. An LG made (maybe G4-ish based?) Nexus would be mmm

yea i am contract free on vzw now with unlimited data still. im thinking about making the switch to t-mo they just upgraded a tower where i work but the maps dont show the 4g yet.

Hmm, are they still doing the Test Drive program? If so, you should be able to get a free iphone to use for a couple weeks, to see if it's any good there.
Or buy a tmo phone with a broken screen and a month of prepaid to test.

yea they still do the test drive. im gonna try that in a couple weeks maybe by then the tower will be fully operational. the maps show good coverage at my house at least.

its pretty solid 2-3 bars at home and a little stronger at work. but i think this droid maxx is about done or the sim card is. when my batt gets low i get worse signal and have to toggle airplane mode to get it back.

I had handoff issues and signal loss that required toggling data/airplane on every verizon phone I had some worse than others (gnex
) but it seemed to happen on them all
