I showed her the letter and explained how important to me it was to follow their directions so they'll have no excuse for not honoring the claim. She accepted my bullshit and worked with me but failed to produce the brown packing paper that the instructions talked about. I FIDIL used a folded up FedExBox as filler instead.

They've probably received it by now. I can't wait, I hope I get a replacement soon.

DFW that letter then! Mine still hasn't arrived. I remember you posting that your claim was approved but you definitely didn't tell me the rest (or i just missed the post/wasn't here). That's bamf, I thought we'd have to wait for them to send one of those special foam-filled boxes or some shit. Guess they don't really care

FedEx lady didn't ask for photo ID or RMA number but she scanned the barcode from the letter and printed the appropriate label, I guess that's good enough.

I know the batch file works. I ran it on the server, it did everything except the Icon b/c the directory was wrong

but on the Desktop, nothing. No time file, nothing. So I guess its not running the file

I'm not able to get one right now anyway. It will be later. Getting my camber kit and alignment done today.
